Orders are packed and dispatched from our U.S. warehouse within 1–3 business days, then take 4–7 business days in transit. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your tree ships, and delivery is free.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
The order-by date shown on this page is calculated from our standard processing and transit times. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, so we recommend ordering early.
Does it come with lights?
No — this tree is unlit, with no built-in lights. That gives you the freedom to add your own warm white, multicolor or decorative light strings.
How wide is it?
It’s slim at every height: 1.6 ft wide (5 ft tree), 1.9 ft (6 ft), 2.4 ft (7 ft), 2.8 ft (8 ft) and 3.1 ft (9 ft). Stand diameters range from 14 to 22 inches.
Which size should I choose?
Measure your ceiling and leave space for a topper — about 6 inches or more — and check the width of your corner or hallway. The Space Studio on this page checks both for you.
How do I set it up?
The tree comes in 2 to 4 sections depending on height. Open the folding metal stand, slot the sections together, then shape the branch tips for a fuller look.
Will the stand scratch my floor?
The folding metal stand has protective foot pads designed to help prevent floor scratches.
Can I store it after the holidays?
Yes. Remove the decorations, take the sections apart and fold the stand, then store everything in a dry place for next season.
Are decorations included?
No. Lights, ornaments and ribbons are not included. You receive the tree with its metal stand and a user guide; the 9 ft tree also includes a pair of assembly gloves.
What if something doesn’t work?
Contact us by email or phone with your order number and a photo or short video. The tree is covered by our 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I return it?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
