Orders are packed and dispatched from our U.S. warehouse within 1–3 business days, then take 4–7 business days in transit. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your tree ships, and delivery is free.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
The order-by date shown on this page is calculated from our standard processing and transit times. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, so we recommend ordering early.
Are the lights already on the tree?
Yes. The LEDs are already on the branches, with warm white and multicolor built in. The number of lights depends on the height, from 100 on the 4 ft tree to 1,000 on the 9 ft tree.
Which size should I choose?
Measure your ceiling and leave space for a topper — about 6 inches or more. The Tree Light Studio on this page checks the fit for you and shows each size’s width, stand size and weight.
Is it hard to set up?
The tree comes in sections with hinged branches. Place the sections on the metal stand, let the branches drop into position, then shape the tips. A pair of gloves and a user guide are included.
How many lighting modes are there?
The 9 ft tree has 11 lighting modes, including steady light and decorative effects. Lighting effects vary by size.
Are ornaments included?
No. You receive the pre-lit tree, a pair of gloves and a user guide. Ornaments and other decorations are not included.
What if something doesn’t work?
Contact us by email or phone with your order number and a photo or short video. The tree is covered by our 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I return it?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
