Does it come with lights?
No — this tree is unlit, with no built-in lights, so you can decorate it with warm white lights, colorful string lights, ornaments or ribbons.
How big is each size?
4.5 ft: 1.8 ft wide, 14 in stand, 2 sections, 4.5 lb. 6 ft: 2 ft wide, 14 in stand, 3 sections, 7.5 lb. 7.5 ft: 2.2 ft wide, 16 in stand, 3 sections, 10.5 lb.
How full is it?
Depending on height, the tree has 242 (4.5 ft), 500 (6 ft) or 641 (7.5 ft) branch tips, creating an attractive snow-flocked silhouette with room for decorations.
Which size should I choose?
Measure your ceiling and leave space for a topper — about 6 inches or more — and check the width of your corner or hallway. The Tree Studio on this page checks both for you.
Will the flocking shed?
Handle the tree gently during setup to preserve the snowy finish. Some initial shedding is normal.
What is the tree made of?
New PVC foliage with decorative white flocking on metal components. The PVC is flame-retardant, fade-resistant, non-allergic and odor-free.
How do I set it up?
The tree comes in 2 or 3 sections depending on height. Secure the folding metal stand, connect the sections, then carefully unfold the hinged branches and shape them for the fullness you want.
Will the stand scratch my floor?
The folding metal stand has protective foot pads that help reduce scratches on floors.
Which decorations suit a flocked tree?
Its snow-flocked green branches pair beautifully with traditional red and gold ornaments, rustic woodland decorations, silver accessories or warm white Christmas lights.
Are decorations included?
No. You receive the flocked tree, its folding metal stand and a user guide. Christmas lights, ornaments, ribbons and other decorations are not included.
Can I store it after the holidays?
Yes. Remove the decorations, disassemble the tree and store it in a clean, dry location. Handle the flocked branches carefully to preserve their decorative finish.
What if something doesn’t work?
Contact us by email or phone with your order number and a photo or short video. The tree is covered by our 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I return it?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
