Product registration

Registering your product makes warranty claims faster and lets us send model-specific care reminders. Registration is optional — your warranty applies with proof of purchase either way.

How to register

Email support@aervan.com with the subject "Product registration" and include:

• Your order number
• The product model (from the product page or the rating label on the unit)
• Delivery date

We will confirm your registration by reply. See the Warranty Policy for coverage details.
